Unite, Refesh, Regenerate, Activate
Water & Honey Community Well is dedicated to fostering cultural awareness and unity amongst the Human Tribes with an intense focus on restoration for Indigenous and Diasporic ascendant peoples of Africa and the Americas. We work to heal trauma and violence in our society and our lineages through education, arts, mental, physical, spiritual and emotional health, ritual, ceremony and the essential reactivated knowledge of truth in our kinship between the Human Tribes, our Earth Mother, and all life she holds.

WHO WE ARE
The sweetness of Water and Honey Wellness is founded in our deep innate knowledge that we must honor the Earth, and we must care for our people physically emotionally mentally and spirituality.
We, as African and Amerindian Diasporic Indigenous people, know that we have faced many challenges over the recent decades, such as racism, oppression, violence, erasure, invisibility, loss of culture, Indigenous language, names, food ways, ceremony and more.
However we are resilient and we have always adapted to not just survive but thrive and lead in spite of it all!
Water and Honey Community Well is a celebration of our strengths, our identity, our heritage and our abilities to heal ourselves.
Through multigenerational interaction, remembering, and re-educating we make sure our future generations will no longer wonder who we are and what we are all about.
Although we focus on Enlivening Traditional and Diasporic African and American Indian Indigenous peoples traditions and culture, anyone is welcome to come take a class with us, utilize our healing services and especially support in any ecological regenerative or restorative efforts. We know and have always known that the Great Mother and Father takes care of and loves the Human Tribe all equally, and it will take us all living and working together to heal the planet and live in harmony.

"A river runs deep because of its source.
"(South African proverb)
"One of the sayings in my country is Ubuntu- the essence of being human. Ubuntu speaks particularly about the fact that you can't exist as a human being in isolation. It speaks about our interconnectedness. You can't be human all by yourself, and when you have this quality- Ubuntu- you are known for you generosity. We think of ourselves far too frequently as just individuals, seperate form one another, whereas you are connected and what you do affects the whole World. When you do it well, it spreads out; it is for the whole of humanity."
Desmond TuTu
"Our wounds are often the openings into the best and most beautiful parts of us"
