It's a tradition of continually learning, adapting, and embracing healing from African/Indigenous diasporic cultures so we can have Strong Medicine 💪🏾🌿 to thrive in today's environment. Attendees will also be introduced to practices for maintaining spiritual grounding and balanced mental health, how to work the powers/spiritual alchemy, honoring the seasons and moon cycles, crystal empowerment, ancestral altars, one-on-one informal health conversations and more.🌻
